This page explains which messages Bary Business (Bary Publishing LLC) sends, how you agree to receive them, and how to stop them at any time. It is part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Two Kinds of Messages

2. Email
When you give us your email and tick the consent box, you agree to receive our marketing emails, usually up to 4 a month. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and we stop within 10 business days. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop service emails about your orders.
3. WhatsApp
If you contact us on WhatsApp, or agree to WhatsApp updates in the portal, we may reply and send you service updates there. We send marketing on WhatsApp only if you agreed to it. Reply STOP in the chat, or change your choice in the portal, to stop WhatsApp messages. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own terms and privacy policy also apply.
4. Record of Your Consent
When you agree, we save a record of it: the date and time, the form or keyword used, the wording you agreed to, and your email or number. We keep this record for as long as you receive our messages and for up to five years after, so that we can show when and how you agreed.
5. How We Use Your Details
We use your email and number only to send the messages described here and as explained in our Privacy Policy. Our messaging providers (such as Customer.io and Infobip) send messages for us under contract.
6. Severability
If any part of this page is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
