You may read, download and print our pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may share a link to them. You may quote a short part of a guide if you name Bary Business and link to the page. You may not, without our written permission:
- Copy, republish, translate or sell our content, in whole or in large parts.
- Use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
We respect the rights of others. If you believe content on our website or portal uses your copyrighted work without permission, send a notice to our designated agent with:

- A description of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed.
- The address (URL) or a clear description of where the content is on our site.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notice
If content you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent with:
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A description of the removed content and where it was before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if you live outside the U.S., any court where Bary Publishing LLC can be found), and that you will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content in 10 to 14 business days, unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
4. Repeat Infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights, in suitable cases.
5. False Claims
Under U.S. law (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)), anyone who knowingly makes a false claim in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages, including legal costs.
